Practice:

With over 10 years of experience in Swiss and international taxation, Cédric Rinolfi has developed extensive expertise in tax planning, wealth structuring, and legal advisory.


Prior to joining Richmond Chambers Switzerland, he worked at leading firms such as Deloitte and PwC before joining B-FLEXION, an international investment group, where he served as Tax Manager.


More recently, Cédric spent two years as a director of a Swiss Branch of the BT Trust and Management Group, an international multi-family office, leading notably the Corporate Services and Family Office teams.


Currently, as Founder of Arcanes Conseils, Cédric advises high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, and corporations on tax matters, investment structuring, corporate taxation, international mobility, and fiduciary services. He is also actively involved in managing the firm’s daily operations and expanding its client portfolio.


His expertise includes:


  • Tax optimisation and filing for individuals and corporations in Switzerland.

  • Structuring and managing trusts and offshore companies.

  • Providing guidance on international mobility (taxation, social security, immigration).

  • Strategic planning for acquisitions and asset disposals.

  • Compliance with international tax regulations (AML, FATCA, CRS).
