Free Initial Enquiries

We do not charge for initial enquiries. Whether you are an individual or a business, you can contact us for free. Your enquiry will be reviewed directly by our specialist immigration lawyers. If a lawyer with relevant expertise is available, we will confirm availability and pricing options.

Fixed Fees, Agreed in Advance

We offer fixed fees agreed with clients in advance. We recognise the importance of budget certainty, especially with time-sensitive and complex immigration matters. By providing fixed fees instead of hourly rates or vague estimates, we assure our clients that there will be no unexpected cost escalations. This transparency builds trust and fosters strong, long-term relationships with our clients.

Our quote assumes that you will provide the necessary information within the agreed timeframe. Additional fees may be charged if the scope of work or timeframe changes for reasons beyond our control.

Pricing Options Based on Lawyer Seniority

Recognising the varying complexity of immigration cases, we offer pricing options based on the lawyer's level of seniority. Clients can choose from a range of qualified immigration lawyers, each with different fee structures based on their experience. This allows clients to select legal representation that best aligns with their case requirements and financial considerations.

Flexible Instalment Arrangements

Understanding the financial demands of Swiss and UK immigration processes, we offer flexible instalment arrangements. Clients can pay fees in instalments at key milestones in their case, making our services more accessible and financially manageable. Our goal is to ease the financial burden on clients while maintaining high standards of legal representation and service excellence.

Clarity and Fairness in Billing

Our fee structure is clear, transparent, and fair. We do not believe in hidden costs or surprise charges. All fees and disbursements are communicated openly to our clients, ensuring they have a complete understanding of the financial aspects of their case before proceeding. Competitive Fees

Our fees are highly competitive as we work directly with our clients, eliminating unnecessary intermediaries. By leveraging advanced electronic case management systems and other innovative technologies, we maintain a streamlined and efficient service while keeping overhead costs low.

Most Expenses Included

We do not bill separately for typical law firm expenses such as telephone calls, photocopying, printing, stationery, document storage, postage, or travel.

Our fees do not include third-party costs (disbursements) such as visa or permit application fees, Court or Tribunal fees, independent expert fees, and translation/interpretation fees. Clients are responsible for these costs, ensuring they know exactly what is being paid and to whom.

VAT

All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the appropriate rate where required by law.

OUR PROFESSIONAL FEES

Initial Consultation Meetings

Our professional fee for an initial consultation meeting ranges from CHF 250 - 350+ depending on the complexity of the matter.

We will ask for payment in advance of the meeting in order to confirm the appointment.

We may need to charge more if your matter requires significant additional legal research, an extended meeting or a meeting with more than one member of our legal team. If this is the case then we will let you know before confirming your appointment.

We would be happy to discuss the most appropriate immigration lawyer for your initial consultation meeting, as well as for any further work going forward.

UK or Swiss Visa and Immigration Application Preparation & Submission

Because we approach each case individually and no two cases are the same, our professional fees for preparing and submitting visa and immigration applications also vary from case to case.

However, our professional fees for preparing and submitting a UK visa or Swiss residency application typically fall within the following ranges:

Simple Cases: CHF 1,500 – CHF 3,500
- Examples: Short-term visa applications, straightforward work/residence permits, family reunification with clear eligibility.
Medium Complexity Cases: CHF 3,500 – CHF 7,500
- Examples: Skilled worker permits requiring employer sponsorship, investor or entrepreneur permit renewals, appeals against minor refusals, residence permits with special conditions.
Complex Cases: CHF 7,500 – CHF 15,000+
- Examples: Business immigration requiring substantial investment or business plans, applications with past refusals or complications, complex appeals, cases involving multiple jurisdictions.

These ranges reflect typical legal fees excluding VAT and potential additional costs (e.g., expert reports, translations, Home Office or Swiss government fees).

Factors that may increase or decrease our overall fee quote include:

the seniority of the lawyer;
the complexity of the issues in the case;
the number of applicants, including any dependants;
the volume of supporting documents or witnesses;
the timeframe for completion of the application;
whether it is a standard, priority, super priority or VIP application;
whether we were instructed to prepare an earlier initial or extension application;

We accept payment in advance or by instalments and offer preferential rates where there are multiple main applicants, multiple dependants and for returning clients.

UK or Swiss Visa and Immigration Application Checking

Because we approach each case individually and no two cases are the same, our professional fees for checking UK visa and immigration applications also vary from case to case.

However, as a guide, our professional fees for checking a UK or Swiss visa or immigration application are typically one-third of the fee that we would charge for fully preparing and submitting any given application (see above for further details).

Factors that may increase or decrease our overall fee quote include:

the seniority of the lawyer;
the complexity of the issues in the case;
the number of applicants, including any dependants;
the volume of supporting documents or witnesses;
the timeframe for completion of the application;
whether it is a standard, priority, super priority or VIP application;
whether we were instructed to prepare an earlier initial or extension application;

We accept payment in advance or by instalments and offer preferential rates where there are multiple main applicants, multiple dependants and for returning clients.

UK Visa and Immigration Appeal Preparation & Representation

No two appeal cases are the same and we approach each case individually. Because of this, our professional fees for preparing immigration appeals and providing representation at immigration appeal hearings also vary from case to case.

Our professional fee for preparing a simple visa or immigration appeal to the First-tier Tribunal and providing representing at an appeal hearing before the First-tier Tribunal is typically between CHF 2,500 and CHF 4,500. An appeal of medium complexity will typically cost between CHF 4,500 and CHF 7,000. Our professional fee for preparing a more complex immigration appeal and providing representation at the appeal hearing is likely to be between CHF 7,000 and CHF 9,000.

Factors that may increase or decrease our overall fee quote include:

the seniority of the lawyer;
the complexity of the legal issues in the case;
the number of appellants, including any dependants;
the volume of supporting documents or witnesses;
the timeframe available to prepare the appeal;
the location of the appeal hearing;
whether we were instructed to prepare an earlier visa or immigration application;
